Join us for a beautiful hike in the Bavarian Alps!

We’ll meet at Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) at 10:50 AM and take the train together to Schliersee. Alternatively, you can meet us directly at Schliersee station at 12:00 PM. From there, we’ll start our hike.

Our trail leads us up to Schliersbergalm (approx 1 hour), along a scenic forest path and past a wonderful viewpoint. 

Once we reach the top, we’ll enjoy a relaxed lunch together at the Alm at 1:00 pm. 

There are two options for the way back. One option is to make a loop via Rohnberg, Zielmoos and Stögeralm before returning to Schliersee (approx 2 hours). The alternative is to head directly back to Schliersee (approx 50 Min.).

I understand that some people need to be back in Munich on time, so for them it makes sense to take the shorter route downhill. For those who have more time, you can do the longer loop after lunch. By then, the sun won’t be as strong, much of the trail is shaded, and it won’t be as strenuous.
