For the 7KM walk we will be going though lower Castle Park along the river and across to Highwoods Country Park.  This route will take us through the picturesque countryside. We will be stopping halfway for water and ice creams. The walk then carries on through Highwoods Country Park, ending up at our venue for refreshments and collaboration. 

For the 3KM walk this will be a shortened version of the 7KM.
