Dual Blessing Bhd was established on 19 August 2001 to cater to the needs of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and former drug addicts aged 18 years and above.

With the spirit of transforming a caring heart into a channel of blessing and promoting the concept “Instead of Giving Fish, We Teach How to Fish,” the organization believes that vocational training enables PwDs and former drug addicts to develop essential living skills and improve their overall well-being.

Dual Blessing operates several specialized departments—including the IT Training Department, Pastry Department, Welfare Department, Recycling Department, and Accessible Transportation Department. These departments provide tailored training and services to equip beneficiaries with modern skills, enabling them to pursue employment opportunities and achieve independence. 

A core mission of Dual Blessing is to raise public awareness and encourage corporate and community support for the disabled community. In recent years, the organization has extended its targeted beneficiaries beyond disabled individuals to include single-parent families.

Regardless of race or religion, Dual Blessing aims to empower PwDs and former drug addicts, fostering comprehensive growth in body, heart, and soul to support independent living.
