MAD Foundation is consistently doing Tree plantation project since last 7 years. This project is a unique in many different ways such as :

▪️It will increase green cover

▪️It helps in reducing Global Warming

▪️It's part of Sustainable Development Goal 13 climate action by United Nations

▪️It is one of the ways to save Mother Earth.

Now let's understand what's so unique... MAD Foundation works very closely with farmers, so we do the plantation in farmer's land after farmers agree to take responsibility for nurturing the plants.

Plants chosen are 2-3 year old and we plant only fruit trees.  Now as plants are 2-3 year old, they start giving fruits in the next 2 years which can be consumed by farmers and excess can be sold in the market. The average fruit plant can give an additional income of 20-25k per annum so even if we plant 20 trees per farmer, in the long run it will have a huge positive impact on farmers gross income.

Hence the ultimate goal is to uplift the farmers who are our Annadata and save the Mother Earth.

We aim to do this Tree Plantation drive in the month of August at Tribal areas of Vikramgarh, Palghar district.
