Walk description

In 2024, Informa Markets Hangzhou will launch The charity activity Walk The World. We will choose the site of the activity in the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City. Known as "the first city in China", its external water conservancy system is the earliest large-scale water conservancy project in China and the earliest dam in the world so far, and it is an outstanding representative prehistoric large-scale settlement site in East Asia in the history of human civilization.

In 2019, Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City site was approved to be included in the World Heritage List. In 2023, the fire of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou will be in Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City Park Gather.
