China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF) is China's first State-level public-raising foundation that was established under the leadership of the All-China's Women on July 28, 1981. 

The development vision of the CCTF in the new era is to create a bright future for all girls. The public welfare project is committed to promoting the comprehensive development of Chinese children and teenagers and providing them with opportunities to enjoy a better life. The "Spring Bud" project, the "Children's Safety & Health Growth" project, the "Children's Happy Home" project and the "HELLO Kids" project are four flagship charitable programs founded by the foundation.
