I’m celebrating 10 years of Walk the World with Informa by raising money for World Child Cancer UK.
Since it’s inauguration, Walk the World has encouraged Informa colleagues around the globe to spend time together outside the office, to have fun and make an impact for local charities. Over the past 10 years, we’ve almost raised a collective £2 million for these charities – will you support me and help us raise even more?

Walking for a Cause: Why I'm Taking Part in Walk the World
This year, I'm taking part in Walk the World for a cause close to my heart, raising money for World Child Cancer UK.
Every day, thousands of children around the world are diagnosed with cancer, yet where a child is born can have a huge impact on whether they survive. While many of us are fortunate to have access to specialist treatment and care, children in low-income countries often face barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and life-saving medicines. That's where World Child Cancer UK steps in.
The charity works with healthcare professionals, hospitals and communities to improve access to cancer diagnosis, treatment and support for children and their families in some of the world's poorest countries. They also provide emotional and practical support, because no family should have to face childhood cancer alone.
As part of Walk the World, I'll be challenging myself to get moving and clock up as many steps as I can. It's a simple challenge, but every step represents something much bigger, helping to give children a better chance at life.
