I’m celebrating 10 years of Walk the World with Informa by walking 20km across London (in under 4 hours… hopefully!) to raise money for Mind. 💙

This is my third year in a row taking part, and somehow I keep coming back for more — blisters, sore legs, and all. But honestly, it’s worth every step.

Mind is a charity that’s incredibly close to my heart. They provide vital support and advice to anyone experiencing a mental health problem, and they campaign to improve mental health services across the UK. Whether it’s a helpline, legal advice, or simply helping people feel less alone in what they’re going through — their work changes lives. 🧠✨

Since it began, Walk the World has brought Informa colleagues together all over the globe to get moving, make memories, and most importantly — raise funds for brilliant causes. Over the past 10 years, we’ve raised nearly £2 million for local charities, and I’d love to help push that number even higher this year.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it really does make a difference — and it’ll help carry me through those last few kilometres when I’m questioning all my life choices 👟🔥
